Improve Health Worker Performance

This program is design for health workers, supervisors and facility managers that want to implement systemic solutions for improving individual and health team performance. In this program, you will learn about patient provider relationships, human rights, patient rights, health worker’s rights and motivation, stigma elimination and prevention, self- assessment and effective supervision. You will learn to design of more effective job routines, as well as find ways to empower health workers to improve and sustain their own working conditions and standard operating procedures.
