You will learn how to reengineer your facility so it can deliver quality health care to all the people in my catchment area efficiently and consistently. You will learn to set clear healthcare delivery goals and how to achieve them. You will learn how to ensure the required resources are available and are used efficiently. You will guide your team to gather and use the information you all need to make the right decisions. Also, you will learn to how keep yourself and your team motivated and overcome challenges along the way.

What you learn
In this program, you will learn how to lead and help others succeed by achieving measurable targets and goals. You will learn what tools to use when you need to solve a problem, how to ask the right questions and provide your team with the right tools at the right time to overcome self-limiting and as well as organizational barriers.
Your coach will be Dr Elvira Beracochea, the creator of the The Health for All NOW ©. You will benefit from her experience of over 30 years in global health. Dr Elvira has managed and evaluated projects, managed hospitals and improved various public health programs and trained hundreds of health professionals in developed and developing countries to develop and sustain improvements in their health system and succeed in their careers. How the program works
A week is the perfect unit of time to begin improving healthcare services. The goal is to improve and move the needle a little bit every week. In this program, you will learn how to work differently and manage your day to achieve your monthly targets. Every day you will receive your lesson by email and an assignment for you to apply what you learned. You read the lesson, think about it, and do something with what you just learned. After completing your daily assignment, send it back to your personal coach for feedback. Every week, there will be a lesson and discussion with Dr Elvira on Zoom so you can ask all your questions and share with other students.
You will receive a certificate after you complete all assignments including developing your “HFAN Method Implementation Plan”. In just 7 Days this program will help you ensure quality healthcare is provided to the populations you serve, with or without you there! You will get free weekly coaching for three months to implement your “HFAN Method Implementation Plan” and advance your career as recognized efficient Healthcare Delivery Leader!
