In this program you will learn how to lead and implement effective donor coordination that avoids duplication of efforts and achieves the maximum the return on the investment (ROI) of every foreign assistance dollar or euro. You will learn the skills and tools of effective of planning for effective donor coordination, mutual accountability and transparency and management by results.

How the program works:

A week is the perfect unit of time to assess and re-design and improve your donor-funded programs so they all improve healthcare quality. In this program, you will learn how country authorities and donor agencies can work differently a to achieve mutually agreed targets. Every day you will receive a lesson by email and an assignment for you to apply what you learned. You read the lesson, think about it, and do something with what you just learned. After completing your daily assignment, you will send it back to Dr Elvira for her feedback. After the seven lesson, you will have three months of free coaching to help you implement your “Donor Success Plan.”  Every week, you will meet with Dr Elvira on Zoom so you can ask all your questions and share and discuss lessons learned with other students.

You will receive a certificate after you complete all assignments including your “Donor Success Plan”. In just 7 Days this program will help you ensure you are leading a coordinated donor-funded program that improves quality healthcare in your country.
