RGH Training Programs

Since 2005, RGH has been improving global health through a number of online programs and consulting services. Our in person and online training and coaching programs have helped thousands of health professionals deliver quality healthcare to all and improve public health programs worldwide. The programs below have helped our students succeed and make big impact in their countries. We are certain they will help you succeed too.

Our programs are being updated with one goal: help our students recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and still achieve universal health coverage in the countries where they work. We work together with our students as partners to help them succeed and realize global health goals. Click here to see the program schedule and when each program starts.

My role may be insignificant or significant but is important.” (Papua New Guinea)

“It’s a very good program and being provided online, gives opportunities for participation of many people around the world. “I wish every health worker and policy maker in health could undergo this program… I intend to share this program with many fellow country men and women. I will confirm if I need help soon.” (Zambia)

“The course was interesting to take as a participant and also for someone looking for ways to strengthen and motivate their own staff. I will recommend the course for other staff on our team.” (Kazakhstan)

“Dear Elvira, Thanks for your supportive consideration of my work. I have to say, in turn, that I studied health care management course [which] provides some professional development for country leaders every year. This way I studied behavior change, project development, etc. But first time in my life because of your course I, finally, got clear understanding of certain terms and concepts such as mission, vision, volunteer… I used to think that because of language and cultural differences I will never ever understand them appropriately.  Not I feel that I was wrong… I believe that now I can use these concepts in my work. So thanks for your course so much! (Russia)
